- Copy of Commercial Registration (CR)
- Copies of CPR & CPR reader (for authorized signatory with Bahrain Chamber of Commerce)
- ORIGINAL authorization form (signed & stamped):
- ORIGINAL vowed form (Signed & stamped)
- ORIGINAL Acknowledge form (Signed & stamped)
- ORIGINAL Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice (with HS Code)
- Packing list
Road Freight Required Documents
- Filled, stamped, & signed Customer Information Form
- Copy of Commercial Registration (CR)
- Copies of CPR & CPR reader (for authorized signatory with Bahrain Chamber of Commerce)
